Is your child, tween or teen struggling with issues related to depression, ADHD, grief, anxiety, and/or major life changes? Are you unsure what is going on for them? Do you have parenting questions or concerns?

There comes a time when our family needs some support from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’m a Registered Masters level child-focused Social Worker (MSW, RSW) practicing in the west end of Toronto. I’d love to help your family on a journey towards problem solving, healing and self-discovery.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles your family may face. My goal is to help children, tweens and teens  understand more deeply about themselves and develop a "tool kit" to help better cope with change. When working with the family, I will also provide support to caregivers as part of the child and family healing and learning process.
